Terms of ServicePayment:
We accept Paypal and credit card payments.
Buyer must contact us within the first hour if they want to cancel a transaction.
You can locate your scheduled ship out date on your order details page. (Please do not contact us asking when the ship out date is, this date is provided to you)
We inform all buyers of the duration required before we can have their items mailed out. Please do not contact us after purchase asking why the duration is necessary. Our duration required is based on the amount of pending orders we have. Our items are not readily available to ship unless stated otherwise in the listing.
- It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address during checkout. We're not responsible for lost packages or nondelivery due to this.
- If a wrong address or invalid address is provided to us and the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for paying for the new reshipment fee. If a buyer fails to claim their package at delivery and the package is returned to us, buyer will also be responsible for the new reshipment fee. We will not be held responsible for nondelivery.
If for any reason we made a mistake, such as the wrong size or design, we will allow for an exchange so we may correct our mistake. This does not allow a buyer to return worn products to us. That will null any refund or exchange that we discussed. We expect the return to be returned to us in the same brand new unworn condition that we had our shoes shipped out in.
